Key responsibilities
Proactively hunt leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, industry events, and email outreach.
Hit sales KPIs, deliver weekly reports, optimize strategies.
Build the sales playbook grounded in real, closed deal
Build a sales pipeline, nurture B2B prospects.
Join webinars and demos to create buzz.
Negotiate and close contracts, support onboarding for high retention.
Shape pricing, service packaging, and the overall sales narrative based on market feedback
Skills and requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics (or related field) required
Learns fast and adapts messaging weekly
Outstanding communication skills: Fluent Vietnamese and strong English for confident pitching and objection handling
Comfortable discussing scope, pricing, and trade- offs
Experience in startups, agencies, or scrappy teams
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Proven lead generation expertise: Skilled in CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, and tools like Hunter.io or Apollo.
