We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support our sales and client engagement activities for international markets. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with international markets, building long- term client relationships, and driving business growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients seeking software development and IT outsourcing services
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Coordinate closely with internal teams to understand service offerings
Support the business development team in identifying potential clients in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, etc.)
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and related documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long- term relationships
Understand client business needs and propose appropriate technology solutions
Requirements
Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Australia is a strong plus)
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a fast- paced environment
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Around 1 year of experience in IT sales, software outsourcing, or technology services
Ability to work independently, manage sales pipelines, and perform well under pressure
Strong interest in international B2B sales and client relationship development
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Good understanding of software development services and technologies such as .NET, SharePoint, Angular, React, Java, Mobile Applications, and enterprise solutions
Experience working with CRM, DMS, or enterprise SaaS products
