What You Will Do

Develop new business leads
Exceed individual and team targets and KPIs
Evaluate customer potential and set up corporate accounts
Reactivate old users and manage retention program
Assist customers in troubleshooting app/order problems
Analyze and research customer profiles and order behavior
Manage existing and new potential accounts

Working location: Tan Binh District, HCMC
Working time: Monday – Friday (9:00 am- 6:00 pm)

Excellent communication skills
Ability to approach problem- solving in a data- driven manner
Preference for candidates with experience in F&B/ Retai/, E- wallet or E- commerce companies.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
A Bachelor’s degree holder in business or related disciplines
Familiarity with various social media platforms
Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English
Positive, passionate, proactive, self- initiative and attentive to details
