Business Data Analyst

Build and maintain management reports and KPI dashboards.
Provide data insights to support business decisions, product optimization, and operational efficiency.
Define business metrics, KPI logic, and data definitions.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to banking data.
Analyze data from banking systems (Core Banking, Payment, Card, CRM, Digital Banking).
Work closely with Business, IT, Data Engineer, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

BA Experience & Skills:
Experience as a Software BA (3 years+ for OS/Officer | 5 years+ for Senior) o Excellent at Communication & Negotiation in environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent in Requirement Elicitation & Specification
Excellent at Presentation (Diagrams, Matrix ...) & Documentation for Business & Technical audiences (in both English and Vietnamese);
Data Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge & proven experience about Data platform such as Data warehouse (Dimensional Modelling, ETL, Staging, DataMart, SCD, CDC...)
Excellent level on SQL extract data on DB
Good understanding about Cloud technology (AWS technical stack: Glue, Athena, S3...) & knowledge for Data brick is plus point.
Experience on Enterprise DB Server: SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2...
Bank Domain Knowledge & Experience:
Understanding about Bank general knowledge: Products, Channels, Systems...
Really good understanding about Bank data from System point of view (applied for Senior)
Experience on Bank projects is big plus.
Others:
Proven experience on international projects with stakeholders from various countries (applied for Senior)
English: Excellent level – can communicate smoothly with foreign parties (applied for Officer/Senior)
Proven experience on Integration project (handling on Data Mapping, Data Modelling…)
