CyberLogitec Vietnam is an ODC (Off- shore Development Center) in Vietnam providing service for SW Development, Testing and 24/7 Service Desk.
We are seeking for the
Business Consultant
professional who demonstrates:

May support and guide junior team members.
Work independently on assignments with general direction for new or unfamiliar tasks.
Use deep understanding and experience to complete tasks related to shipping lines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with clients to understand, clarify, and confirm business requirements. Provide advice or recommendations when needed.
Perform regular testing to ensure the system supports business operations correctly.
Collaborate closely with CLV Developers and CLT Business Consultants on system development projects.
Carry out additional duties as required by the project.
Join client meetings to collect and confirm requirements, align timelines, and review related documentation.
Support clients who are using the company’s services and provide solutions for any issues.
Train Service Desk staff and Developers on actual business workflows and processes.
Participate in analysis, reporting, training, and other assigned tasks or projects.
Use maritime business knowledge to guide development teams in improving system logic to meet the needs of shipping lines.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Shipping, or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to problem- solving and follow- ups.
Fluent in English communication (Intermediate level or above).
Detail- oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the marine shipping industry, with a solid understanding of global transport operations.
Strong knowledge of shipping business practices and concepts. Familiarity with shipping line finance is a plus.
