Business Consultant / Analyst

Support testing phases (SIT/UAT); compare developed features with business requirements; participate in acceptance testing and confirm completion scope.
Collaborate closely with related teams (Developers, Testers, UI/UX, Operations, etc.) to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on requirements.
Participate in the development of enterprise management or internal training systems, acting as a Business Analyst.
Document business requirements, including: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Requirement Documents (URD), or Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional descriptions and process flows (Workflow, BPMN), Interface mockups (Wireframe, Prototype, Mockup)
Participate in process improvement, documentation standardization, or internal training on business analysis practices.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or direct supervisor.
Research, gather, and analyze requirements from clients or internal users; understand current business processes, identify problems, and define needs and objectives.
Assist in project planning and scope assessment, including workload estimation, business risk analysis, and functional prioritization using the MoSCoW method.

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to review and provide feedback on interface designs.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Finance – Accounting, Business Administration, or E- Commerce.
Analytical and logical thinking; detail- oriented and solution- driven.
Proficient in business documentation and process modeling: Use Case, Flowchart, BPMN, Wireframe, Mockup.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Preference for candidates with experience in enterprise software projects (ERP, CRM, HRM, LMS, or internal management systems).
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
Able to read and understand English technical documents, such as functional specifications and API documentation.
Skilled in using analysis and design tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Figma, or equivalent.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn new technologies.
