About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (2–3+ years) to support the development and delivery of digital products. You’ll transform business needs into clear, actionable documentation that guides product development. The ideal candidate has hands- on experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories, and thrives in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support QA and product teams during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure requirements are met.
Create detailed BRDs and FRDs that translate high- level concepts into structured documentation.
Facilitate requirement- gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Assist in creating training materials, product documentation, and supporting successful product launches.
Track and manage requirement changes throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Required Qualifications
Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management/documentation platforms.
Proven expertise in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product development.
