Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to client proposals.
Participate in key client meetings, both onsite and online.
Work directly with international clients, demonstrating fluent English communication.
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for onboarding and training.
Establish and apply standards for requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Provide business consulting and domain expertise to project teams.
Mentor and train Business Analyst team members within the company.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
Manage the business analysis process following software development best practices.
Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure quality and performance.
Oversee the full requirement lifecycle: gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and handover.
Continuously update industry knowledge, new technologies, and share insights with the team.
Conduct end- to- end project analysis, ensuring alignment with business processes and client goals.
Maintain consistency across projects within the same account.
Collaborate with PM to allocate resources based on priorities.
Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Gain deep understanding of client business operations to deliver added value to projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Azure, Jira, Confluence, Figma is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or Information Systems (MBA is a plus).
Experience in business process modeling (BPMN preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Strong track record in mortgage or title insurance domains is a major advantage.
Proficient in business analysis techniques, documentation, and supporting tools.
Experience in mentoring/training junior or mid- level BAs is preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Senior BA, with proven experience leading a team of 5+ BAs.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, ACP, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with mortgage processes or title insurance workflows is a strong advantage.
Skilled in building user stories and working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
