Key Responsibilities:
Participating in requirements validation, including user testing sessions;
Defining project goals and scope,
Assisting with communication between project teams, improving transparency, and radiating information;
Improving product user experience, including user interface prototyping,
Documenting requirements during the development process in a format of user stories;
Data analysis of product performance monitoring;
Monitoring and ensuring consistency across products;
Strategic business planning and defining new projects,
Eliciting, analysing and specifying requirements;
Keeping up to date product specifications for knowledge sharing between project teams and requirements reuse;
Supporting requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions;
Advising and integrating business analysis techniques standards.
Required Qualifications:
Good knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis. Experience working in Agile software development.
Experience in software testing is a plus.
Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes.
Strong knowledge and perform tactical requirement gathering/management work, mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work.
Excellent in English communication, equivalent to IELTS 6.5
Proven knowledge or experience in Product Owner skill set: market research, user- focused, data analytics, etc.
2+ years of experience in BA
Good UI/UX knowledge/experience.
Good organizational and analytical thinking, and ability to capture and document both high level concepts and detailed requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proven ability in Business Analyst skill set: requirements engineering, business process analysis, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques, etc.
Domain Knowledge in Gaming is strongly preferred.
Good ability to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
