Business Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

Own and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and traceability.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and recommend feasible solutions.
Collaborate directly with Product Owners, Business Users, and Stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and use- case discussions.
Partner with UX/UI to validate wireframes and functional flows.
Analyze business needs and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and data models.

Solution Design & Consulting

Support clients in defining MVP scope, release roadmap, and product KPIs.
Provide consulting on business workflow optimization, process improvement, and system enhancements.
Build solution mapping (Business → Functional → Technical).
Work with Technical Architect & Dev Lead to ensure solutions are technically sound.

Project Support

Coordinate with the PM on scope, estimation, and delivery planning.
Break down complex requirements into sprint- ready items.
Support Dev & QA teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing test scenarios, and validating functionalities.
Participate in UAT planning, UAT support, and defect triage.

Documentation

Create and maintain essential BA documentation:
Non- functional Requirements
Process Flows, Use- case Diagrams, Data Dictionary
BRD/SRS, UAT scripts / scenarios
User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

Stakeholder Communication

Manage expectations, identify risks, and escalate when needed.
Facilitate walkthroughs, sprint reviews, demos, and cross- team discussions.
Act as the main bridge between client and delivery team.

Professional Expertise

4+ years of experience as BA in software development.
Strong understanding of:
Data modeling, workflow automation
Experience working in multi- project environment or large accounts.
Software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM is a plus.
Web/Mobile architecture basics, API/Integration concepts

Analytical & Methodology Skills

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong problem- solving mindset, structured thinking.
Experience with BPMN/UML, user flow diagrams.
Excellent skills in requirement elicitation, decomposition, prioritization.

SQL basic reading. Postman (understanding API test flow)
