Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Seek for technical/functional design and estimate the solution
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
Perform user acceptance testing and validate the user stories
Ensure engineering team delivered features fulfill business values for end customers
Transfer the business requirements and specifications to the development team and quality team.
Inspect, monitor, and trouble- shoot the solution throughout the deployment process and operations to continuously improve and optimize efficiency
Receive the high level functional requirements from Product Managers or customers.
Train and guide users to use new features and processes
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Provide detailed specifications with mockup, workflow as well as detailed rules for user stories

Analytical and problem solving skills.
Having experience in participating in Agile/Scrum projects is an advantage
Ability to use English at work
Have experience in writing instructions to use, operating flow/procedures of the system and users
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
In- depth understanding of the software production process, the requirements process, and the analysis,design, and implementation process
At least 2 years of experience as Business Analysis, Project Manager in software products
