Position: Business Analyst (Oracle Flexcube)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from Banking divisions, with a focus on the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking system.
Prepare documentation including BRD, FSD, Use Cases, business process flows, and data flow diagrams.
Collaborate with development teams, QA, and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Participate in UAT and SIT, provide user support, and handle issue resolution.
Propose system enhancements, process optimizations, and technology improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance- Banking, or related fields.
3- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, must have experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation or operations (Core Banking).
Strong skills in documentation and process modeling (UML, BPMN).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Preferably experienced in working with multiple vendors and Agile environments.
