The Middle/Senior Business Analyst (Multi- Country Digital Bank Builder) will play a key part in the establishment and building of a new business. This business will act as a centralized hub providing digital solutions and application development across the TYME’s business. Your Mission:

Work with our people and partners across our Business, Product, Design and Data teams to understand the customer needs and define the functional requirements for our global banking products
Execute our ‘multi- X’ strategy. Defining solutions for one bank is one thing, applying your mind to solving for replication strategies across multiple countries is what sets a TymeX career apart from the rest
A successful mission will include (1) defining solutions that solve for the big picture and long- term success of the Group (2) Balancing technical challenges with business needs, as a key voice alongside our Product and Engineering teams to manage backlogs and priorities
You will bring your financial services and technology experience to facilitate the solutioning process with our world class Product Engineering teams

Requirements

Your profile:
To be successful at this role we are looking for experts who possess:
Hands- on experience in building products, features and services in the banking and financial services sector
Proficient in English, across writing, reading, speaking, and listening
A curious mindset. Our company is built by people who challenge the status quo and value exponential over incremental change
At least 5 years working as a dedicated Business Analyst
Experience working closely with Product, Technology and Development teams in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
Well- seasoned Business Analyst competencies and skillset, including but not limited to logical, critical, analytical thinking and problem solving
