Job Responsibilities:

Works with end- users to ensure that the product meets business requirements.
Reports to product manager weekly.
Designs and maintains system High- level and Low- level design documents (BRD, SRS, FSS).
Analyze user and business requirements to create product designs to meet the requirements.
Works with development teams to ensure that the product follows the design.
Follow up with other BA members

Excellent working attitude, problem solving skill, critical thinking, and communication skill
At least 3- 4+ years’ experience in the position
Graduated from university in software development, computer science, business or very closely bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Good at documentation and writing skills, confident presenter
Ability to work successfully in a global team environment
Comfortable working and communicating in English
Familiar with agile software development processes and tools (Balsamiq, Figma, JIRA, Confluence)
Experience with CRM, Digital Marketing (knowing eCommerce, ERP is plus)
