Business Analyst Intern Fulltime

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research, define and improve on Hiip platform experience.
Develop detailed user stories and support the technical team in exploring these stories. (customer journey, product requirement document, use cases, user flows, …)
Be a member of product team, work closely with developers, and users to fully understand existing user needs and gain positive value.
Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for product features.
Test, analyze, and report test results.

REQUIREMENTS

Having experience in software design or UX/UI is a plus.
Having ownership of your work and your product.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, you don’t need to be that code geek.
Having an understanding or interest in influencer marketing is preferr
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
Good communication in English (IELTS > 6.5- must attach certificate & a short introduction video about yourself when applying)
Good analytical, writing, documenting and problem- solving skills.
Passion for building products. Interest in pursuing a career in product management.
Strong attention to detail.

WORK TIME AND LOCATION
Work time: 9:00- 18:00 from Monday to Friday
Location: PLS Building, 5th Floor, 240 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, HCM
