Business Analyst – Growth

Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communications plans.
In charge of the overall management and execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required;
Work with cross function team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end- to- end growth plan;
Work with data analytics team to create and perform key reports and analyses for the management team for the reporting and decision making regarding the projects;

Results driven; able to deliver under tight deadlines and pressure;
Open mindset, willing to work in flexible environment, detail- oriented, team player.
At least 2- 3 years experience in relevant fields such as Growth Marketing, Product Development, Business Analytics;
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing;
Prior experience in Fintech is a plus;
University graduation major in Marketing or Business management;
Good at negotiation, communication & project management skill & problem- solving skills & analytical skill;
