Business Analysis
• Utilize advanced analytical tools, including Power BI, to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decision- making.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices, incorporating these insights into SKF&039;s strategic planning.
• Conduct in- depth market analysis, financial modeling, and process optimization to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
Credit Controlling
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve credit issues, negotiate payment plans, and strengthen customer trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough credit checks and assessments for new and existing customers, maintaining a balance between sales growth and minimal credit risk.
• Generate regular reports on credit and collections activity, providing insights and recommendations to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt exposure.
• Manage and review the company credit policy, ensuring adherence to credit limits and terms to mitigate risk while supporting sales growth.
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payment follow- ups, and accurate record- keeping for all credit transactions.
SAP Deployment Support
• Assist the SAP deployment team by providing valuable business insights and ensuring that credit control requirements are effectively integrated into the SAP system.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for the SAP system, focusing on the financial and credit control features to ensure they meet business needs.
• Support the data migration process for finance- related data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.

• Proficient in cutting- edge technologies, with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI), programming languages (e.g., Python), and AI applications. Must demonstrate a continuous track record of technological adeptness and innovation.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIA) are highly regarded.
• Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, MNCs, or similar dynamic environments.
• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
• Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of credit control functions.
• Prior involvement in SAP deployment or support projects, preferably with hands- on experience in SAP FI/CO modules.
• Detail- oriented with excellent analytical, quantitative, and investigative skills.
