Business Analyst (Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Nghiệp Vụ)

Work cross- functionally with Development and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.
Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, internally consistent, and fully traceable to corresponding test cases.
Perform impact analysis to evaluate the implications of requirement changes on scope, timeline, and quality.
Translate and structure requirements into well- defined business logic, process flows, conditions, exceptions, and constraints.
Develop, maintain, and update requirement documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases / System Flows, and Business Rules.
Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements from the Project Manager and Product Owner.
Project Scope:
Automotive Software: ADAS, BMS, Diagnostic, Tool test, Simulation
AI & Data Platform: AI pipeline, Edge AI, rule- based + AI logic
Software / Internal Platform: tool kỹ thuật, plugin, hệ thống enterprise

English proficiency in reading and writing; speaking is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3- 5 years of experience.
Logical, detail- oriented, and highly attentive to accuracy
Good understanding of requirements vs. solutions and functional vs. non- functional requirements.
