Business Analyst API/User Story/Blockchain

We are looking for a sharp, systems‑minded Business Analyst (BA) to drive clarity, structure, and execution across the operational surfaces that keep our social platform scalable, safe, and revenue‑ready. Sitting at the intersection of product, operations, and technology, you will turn messy, fast‑evolving workflows into well‑specified capabilities that squads can build, launch, and iterate on.
You will work end‑to‑end across platform domains—content integrity, community lifecycle, identity & user operations, pricing & monetization, admin configuration, and reporting—to deliver the enablement surfaces that power both internal operations and user‑facing experiences at scale.

Maintain a single source of truth for requirements and documentation, updated as changes ship.
Surface and frame operational and product problems, defining clear, measurable outcomes.
Support delivery: groom backlog, clarify scope, align testing, and validate release readiness.
Translate business needs into concise, testable requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Track post‑launch impact and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
Model key workflows and data flows to align Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Must- Have Qualifications

2+ years as a Business Analyst in software product teams.
Solid understanding of APIs and data flows; able to collaborate closely with engineers.
Proven ability to turn complex operational workflows into build‑ready requirements.
Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data diagrams.
Detail‑oriented documentation discipline and outcome‑driven mindset.

Exposure to fintech / crypto / blockchain concepts and how they integrate with consumer web products.
Experience in data- driven ops optimization (A/B tests, workflow analytics, operations KPIs).
Knowledge of regulatory / compliance environments in digital platforms (content policy, KYC, data retention).
UI/UX comfort: can wireframe to accelerate design discussion.
Experience in social or community- driven platforms.
