Position: Business Analyst and RIS/PACS Implementation Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Analysis:
Analyze and model workflows related to RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
Prepare documentation such as URD, BRD, and SRS.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
System Deployment:
Provide user guidance and training sessions.
Plan and configure the RIS/PACS system based on the specific needs of each hospital/clinic.
Operational Support:
Monitor system performance and propose functional or software improvements.
Record incidents and coordinate in resolving system issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge:
Hands- on experience with RIS/PACS systems (e.g., Agfa, Carestream, MedDream, Horos, OsiriX, etc.).
Understanding of Diagnostic Medical Imaging and Medical Record Workflows.
Knowledge of HIS/LIS integration is a plus.
Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and PACS servers (e.g., Orthanc, DCM4CHEE).
Skills:
Effective communication and user training abilities.
Basic troubleshooting and log analysis capabilities.
Strong business analysis and clear documentation writing skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience as a Business Analyst in software development is a plus.
English communication skills.
Prefer candidates with experience deploying healthcare systems in hospitals or clinics.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
