Job Overview:
The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation (SDRDs and FSDs), and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of business processes and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
● Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Analyze and understand the underlying business processes and objectives.
● Software Development Requirement Document (SDRD):
Utilize your hands- on experience to write comprehensive SDRDs, detailing the functional and technical requirements of the project.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documentation.
● Functional Specification Document (FSD):
Create FSDs that clearly outline the system&039;s functionalities and interactions.
Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with the client&039;s expectations.
● Stakeholder Management:
Engage in effective communication with clients, project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensure their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
● Process Modeling:
Utilize your expertise to model business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities.
● Technology Understanding:
Demonstrate a strong grasp of networks, databases, and other relevant technologies to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
● Problem Solving:
Apply analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem- solving, contributing to innovative solutions and overcoming challenges during project execution.
● Team Collaboration:
Collaborate seamlessly with other team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Demonstrate adaptability and an ability to work both independently and in a team.
● Detail- Oriented:
Display a meticulous approach to your work, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
● Requirements Engineering:
Utilize your organizational skills to manage project requirements and changes effectively, ensuring smooth project execution.
