Business Analyst (Agile, Scrum)

Nam Phuong Technology Company, specializing in the implementation of projects in the aviation sector, is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the deployment and development of projects primarily at major airlines such as Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Pacific Airlines and Airport company
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:

Capture and understand customer requirements in the aviation sector.
Provide advice and propose suitable solutions to meet business and technological needs.

System Design:

Continuously update and adjust the design based on feedback from stakeholders.
Develop detailed and accurate system design documents.

Deployment Support:

Participate in the end- to- end project deployment process.
Resolve issues and foster collaboration between relevant departments.

Data Analysis:

Organize and analyze data to provide strategic insights for decision- making.

Strong communication skills and effective teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English is an advantage.
3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the aviation industry.
