TeenCare is building the Parenting Copilot — an AI + human platform helping parents finally understand and guide their teens.
We’re not building another edtech. We’re building the OS for families — and we need someone obsessed with clarity, logic, and building systems that actually work.
We’ve grown from zero to profitability in under a year, now expanding across SEA.
Our system blends 1- on- 1 teen mentoring with an AI "Living Manual" that decodes each child’s motivations, behaviors, and emotional triggers — helping parents act with insight, not guesswork.

Why This Role Exists

The founder moves fast. Vision evolves daily. You’ll be the translator — turning chaos into clarity, and intuition into execution.
When others are still writing memos, you’ve already mapped the flow, written the PRD, and unblocked the dev sprint.

What You’ll Do

Track impact: every release tied to metrics, not feelings.
Own and drive DAU/MAU
Maintain the system schema — how the system learns about families.
Coordinate with devs/designers to ensure clarity, speed, and zero rework.
Convert messy ideas into precise, data- driven PRDs.
Break down AI + human workflows (mentoring, insights, parent app).
Own the roadmap and keep priorities clean.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

Speak both business and engineering fluently.
Write fast, think in diagrams, measure everything.
Have 2–5 years in product or business analysis (SaaS, AI, or consumer tech).
Love turning ambiguity into structure.
Thrive in high- context, founder- driven chaos.
Think in systems, not features.
Bonus: Experience with AI products or edtech/parenting.

Package

Ruthless clarity, zero bureaucracy, high ownership.
Base: 15–25M VND/month (depending on experience and sharpness).
Direct access to founder & exposure to regional scale.
Equity: 0.1–0.2% for top performers.
Bonus: up to 2 months based on impact.
