Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
Support SIT and UAT phases
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare documentation such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases
Work closely with PM, Dev, QA throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct requirement workshops and clarification sessions
Perform gap analysis and impact analysis

Qualifications

English reading and communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Good documentation skills (BRD, FSD, User Story)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Good communication skills
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

Working time: 7.5 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, with flexible check- in between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. Lunch break: 12:00 PM- 1:30 PM
