As a Business Analyst, you will:

Proactively engage in the software development process by eliciting, researching, analyzing, and consulting on business requirements for key projects.
Collaborate with testers to ensure development outcomes meet agreed- upon requirements.
Attend meetings with the North American product team to gather and clarify product requirements.
Create detailed documentation and requirements specifications for development.
Draft and distribute user manuals and guides for end- users.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex software systems quickly.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
Basic understanding of databases, particularly MySQL.
Strong communication, presentation, and management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in ERP, E- Commerce, or the Telecommunication domain is preferred.
Strong verbal and written English skills, capable of supporting the team with English documentation. Being good at English speaking is a plus. (IELTS từ 7.0 hoặc TOEIC từ 850 trở lên)
Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation.
At least 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (BA).
