Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst specializing in the fintech app at Klarda, you will play a pivotal role in understanding market needs, analyzing user behaviors, and translating insights into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to drive the enhancement and evolution of our app to meet user demands.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide the development team.
Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and market research to implement improvements and new features continuously.
Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze user requirements, market trends, and industry best practices to drive the development and improvement of the fintech app.
Testing and Validation: Conduct testing scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the app meets quality standards before release.
Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of app enhancements.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with fintech products and market trends is a plus.
Understanding of agile methodologies and project management practices.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
