Business Analyst

− Participate in software projects, receive, analyze, and proactively advise on business requirements
related to project management processes.
− Prepare and compile documentation for development requirements and transfer to the development
team for implementation.
− Understand and grasp business processes and regulations that must be followed.
− Ensure that the business requirements of other departments are met during application development,
and train project members and relevant stakeholders to understand the business requirements.
− Collaborate with testers to verify development outcomes, ensuring they meet agreed- upon
requirements.
− Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management
− Draft and publish user guides for end- users of technology products.

− Knowledge of business processes, products, services, and technology applications is an advantage.
− Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
− Strong problem- solving and analytical skills, able to articulate issues from general to specific details
− At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
− Proficient in business requirement gathering and analysis skills.

− Good logical thinking, quick responsiveness, high responsibility, and a positive working attitude.
− Good English is an advantage
