Business Analyst

Collaborate closely between the development team and other customer teams to ensure proper coordination and correct execution of software product development project requirements.
Work directly with customers (both internal and external) to gather and clarify their requirements.
Proactively work with the development and quality assurance teams to ensure the quality of the software product.
Perform analysis and create documentation for business requirements specifications, use case designs, prototype/wireframe interfaces, and business processes (workflow, BPMN) for the software development team.
Analyze risks related to software products and databases, and propose solutions for mitigation (if any); contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the software product and technology solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

Graduated in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related work.

EXPERIENCE

Ability to create and design business requirements specification documents and develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.
Experience with business- related issues or the ability to learn quickly.
BABOK or CBAP certification is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking in system analysis.
Experience in documenting user requirements, business processes, business analysis, system development, and software specification.
Knowledge and experience in ERP, CRM, mobile apps, or e- commerce is a significant advantage.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Agile projects, especially in the travel domain
Proficient in using design and analysis tools (Power Designer, Visio, etc.).
