Bulk Merchandiser

Main Role: The Bulk Merchandiser is responsible for managing and overseeing the production of bulk orders once they move beyond the sampling stage. This role involves coordinating between various departments, ensuring that production meets client specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Bulk Merchandiser will report to the Senior Bulk Supervisor.
Main tasks:

Send MCR for sampling and bulk planning.
Receive PO information from Sample team and tasks from Senior; prepare and update order documents (BOM, comments, coordination with Purchaser and related teams).
Follow up buyer comments and communicate feedback to internal teams.
Track sampling and bulk status against timelines; report issues and work with Senior/Mer to resolve.
Organize pre- production meetings after PP approval.
Translate tech packs into Vietnamese; arrange materials and manage sampling activities.
Push PO confirmation and monitor fabric/trims stock- in to meet bulk production schedule.
Request costing / rating / CMP and provide target raw material prices based on client FOB targets.
Update order status reports for Senior, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate sample shipment, booking and tracking; handle shipping sample comments and update weekly reports.
Manage bulk docket release and control material ordering and balance.

Experience: 2 years in experience – Applicant must having experience in the garment / manufacturing industry
Education: College in Business Administration or Foreign Economics
Knowledge: Industry knowledge – must understand garments and the componentry behind the business have a working knowledge of fabrics / trims / production
Skills:

Time management- Work smart/ effective /focused
Able to communicate in English to key stakeholders outside of country
Planning ability.
