Key Responsibilities
BTL Strategy & Consultancy
Provide strategic consultancy on offline experiences such as brand activation, experiential marketing, shopper marketing, pop- up stores, roadshows, sampling, and large- scale events.
Lead the development of BTL / Activation / Event strategies aligned with clients’ brand and business objectives.
Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure BTL activities are fully integrated within IMC campaigns.
Project Management & Execution
Take full ownership of end- to- end BTL projects: proposal, pitching, planning, execution, delivery, and reporting.
Act as the main point of contact with clients, suppliers, venues, partners, and authorities (when required).
Manage timeline, quality, budget, and risk control throughout project implementation.
Budget & Performance Control
Evaluate campaign effectiveness using relevant KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and brand experience.
Prepare and manage cost estimations, BOQs, margins, and project profitability.
Coordinate closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with internal processes, contracts, and payments.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, manage, and mentor the BTL / Activation team (Account, Project, Operation).
Allocate resources effectively and ensure high performance and accountability.
Build and improve standardized BTL operation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
Client Relationship & Business Growth
Identify opportunities to expand scope and upselling BTL or integrated solutions.
Maintain strong, long- term relationships with existing clients.
Participate in new business pitching and proposal development when required.
Requirements
Experience
Experience working with large agencies, Korean agencies, or multinational FMCG / Retail / Beauty / F&B brands is highly preferred.
At least 2–3 years in a senior management role (Manager / Senior Manager / Director).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in BTL / Event / Activation / Integrated Marketing.
Professional Skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to go beyond execution and provide consultative solutions.
Solid experience in budget control, vendor management, and complex project operations.
Strong expertise in BTL, Event, Experiential Marketing, and Shopper Marketing.
Soft Skills
Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem- solving ability and resilience under pressure.
Detail- oriented, process- driven, yet flexible and solution- focused.
Language
Korean: An advantage but not mandatory.
English: Proficient in business communication.
