Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:
‐ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Translate high- level business requirements into detailed functional and non- functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Documentation & Communication:
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non- technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts.
Solution Design & Technical Understanding:
- Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements perspective.
- Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility and business impact.
- Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud based solutions, infrastructure, and services.
Testing & Quality Assurance Support:
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and assisting with issue resolution.
Project Support:
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
- Assist project managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and risk identification.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks related to requirements.

- More than 2 years of professional experience in software development (e.g., as a Software Engineer, Developer)
- Japanese: N2 advanced level.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in IT major.
- 1 year of dedicated experience as a BrSE or similar role
(e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst) focusing on requirements gathering and analysis
- More than 1 year of hands- on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including familiarity with core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding database concepts and SQL.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and web services.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, collaborative team environment.
