Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and objectives.
- Translate high- level business requirements into detailed functional and non- functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Documentation & Communication:
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non- technical stakeholders and vice- versa.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional- Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design & Technical Understanding:
- Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements perspective.
- Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility and business impact.
- Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud- based solutions, infrastructure, and services.
- Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Testing & Quality Assurance Support:
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and assisting with issue resolution.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements.

- 2+ years of professional experience in software development
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of dedicated experience as a Business Requirements System Engineer (BRSE) or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst) focusing on requirements gathering and analysis.
- Fluent in Japanese (N2), Intermediate English
- 1+ year of hands- on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including familiarity with core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, collaborative team environment.
