Other details will be discussed during the interview.
Communicate directly with Japanese customers: communicate, negotiate, receive and analyze the requirements of software projects... and exchange to Vietnamese developer team via email, skype (or chatwork, slack) to align requests.
Manage project team, evaluate/comment on project team capacity, Manage project member workloads, Organize employee training activities and Coordinate with the human resources department to adjust recruitment
Plan project development, manage risks, divide work, be responsible for the project to stakeholders and project activities.
Support Developer Team to develop the functions, check the functions have worked properly with the requirements of customers.
Understand customer requirements to analyze project estimation, budget control, people management, risk management and manage, report projects with customers.
Research and propose changes to the software production process (if any) and Identify/solve problems.
Create, manage and track projects: Project schedules, Detailed project plans, Project scope statements, Cost estimates, Resource plans, Risk and issues logs, Manage and report document projects weekly, monthly, quarter, yearly as CEO&039;s requirement.
Minimize/prevent risks to ensure the project runs on schedule.
Coordinate with stakeholders, report on project status, propose options for the project to run smoothly, ensuring project quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

Understanding Japanese culture and working style
Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management
Experience as a Software/IT Project Manager with team size from 10 members in an IT company
N1, N2 Japanese- Good communication skills
Ability to work with distributed development team
Ability to work with cross- functional development team
Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Strong problem solving and Excellent leadership skills to guide the project team through the phases of multiple- scale projects based on multiple technology platforms.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment
Strong interpersonal skills to gain cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, team members and other departments
