Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE/Japanese N2)

The Opportunity
We are looking for BrSE who will play a role as a communication channel between the developing teams in Vietnam and Japan to grow our business and Digitalization of the Construction industry dynamically. Working in the form of Squads with a product manager, small teams, allows you to engage from design, development, testing to operation and maintenance. We provide opportunities to use new languages ​​and frameworks in an international environment.

Job Scope

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Delegate project tasks based on members&039; individual strengths, skill sets and experience
Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope.
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholder
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Report and escalate to management as needed
Ensure the quality of projects and the quality of releases

Development environment

FrontEnd: Nuxt.js / Vue.js, ReactJS
Mobile App: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
Others: Swagger, Docker, ZenHub, Figma
Deploy/ Build: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
Backend: Ruby (on Rails), Go , Amazon Aurora (MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB

Yêu cầu công việc

Must- have:

Over 2 years of working experience as BrSE.
Strong leadership, problem- solving as well as teamwork skills with pro- active and independent concentration
Well- organized, creative and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
Empathy for Andpad&039;s mission and values.
Expertise in quality assurance work on testing web and mobile applications.(preferable)
Japanese language skill: N2 level or more

Have is plus:

Experience in the above software “Development environment” development at least 3 years.
Able to grasp trends and research new technologies (Ruby on Rails, Go, Vue.js, ReactJS, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter.)
