Bridge Software Engineer ( BrSE/ PM Japanese N2)

Implement programs and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life- cycle.
Manage the project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control theproject.
Understand the client’s needs and maintain a good business relationship with them.
Develop high- quality software design and architecture with detail documents.
Communicate with Japanese Customers to clarify the user needs and business goals.
Cooperate with project team members to lead projects to success.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years working experience as BrSE/SE in Web Development in Japan Market.
Good at Japanese for 4 skills, have N2 or higher certificate is a plus.
Highly responsible, well- organized, communicative, pro- active, dare- to- lead attitude
Good communication Japanese skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking),create teamwork orientated environment, etc.
Have experience in Projec Manager is a plus.
