Mô tả công việc

* Main purpose of the position
• Responsible for the delivery of agreed production plans according to quality, cost and service criteria within the area
• Responsible for all processes and people from Raw material receipt through to Bright Beer Transfer and tanker beer management
• Area Budget management
• Responsible for the development of people within the area
• Ensure that all Carlsberg standard methods, tools and process are implemented in accordance with regional and global agreements
• Definition of Area: Could be Brewing, Fermentation, Filtration, Soft Drinks or a mix of several. (Depending on number of lines, span of control and geographical proximity of plant)
• Ensures that the defined B&P area operates safely and in accordance with legal and group standards
• Responsible for people resource management – internal and 3rd party
• Actively participates as part of the B&P management team in order to develop and implement B&P strategy and objectives.
• Responsible for area people cycle – recruitment, training, development, recognition and discipline.
• Drive performance gaps closure and continuous improvement of B&P KPIs through effective use of Carlsberg Excellence Methodologies
* Job responsibilities:
People Management
• Directly responsible for the active development of the area teams – team leader downwards
• Responsible for team discipline within the area
• Responsible for carrying out performance reviews of the teams within input from the Team Leaders
• Responsible for managing within the site union/workers council agreements
• Leadership role model within the area
• Ensures teamwork across areas
• Recognises good work within the area
• Responsible for managing compliance to HSE, food safety and hygiene and standards within the area
• Responsible for developing and maintaining skills matrices, training plans and training records within the area
• Directly responsible for managing people resource in line with the demand plan – including 3rd party
Process Management
• Responsible for ensuring B&P standards related to the area are complied with through SOP development, process confirmation and training
• Responsible for managing area PMS- standard meetings, reporting systems and processes are effective and follow group standards
Performance Management
• Managing area financial budget/targets (OPEX) (as agreed with the B&P Manager)
• Supporting Carlsberg excellence development in the area of responsibility
• Achieving area KPI targets
• Leading area improvement projects (Operational Savings)
Functional Specific Management
• Implements Group COM B&P standards within the area
• Resolves issues escalated by Team Leader/Technicians
• Leads investigation into quality and safety non compliances
• Ensure area KPIs are implicitly understood by the team and managed efficiently at an appropriate level (Eg: RFT, Loss, Utilities consumptions, Taste score, other Quality KPIs)
• Implements Group B&P initiatives within the area.eg VIPEX, NPD initiatives and Capital Projects.
• Provides input into daily/weekly Maintenance Plan
• Provides input into daily/weekly B&P Plans
* Stakeholders & Relations (Internal & External)
To manage expectations of key stakeholders; provide ongoing updates of actual vs. expected performance of the B&P area; identify obstacles and solutions to performance problems. Coordinating and aligning activities with main stakeholders:
• HR
• Local Customer Supply Chain
• Packaging
• Controlling
• Legal
• Maintenance & Utilities
• Procurement
• Trade Unions
• ISC ManTech
• Regional B&P Team
• H&S
• Local and Central Planning
• QA
External
• 3rd Party Supplier and Contractors

* Personal qualifications / competencies:
• Takes into account details and big picture when solving problems

* Education and Experience:
• 5 years’ experience within a production environment with 2 years at manager or team leader level.
• University degree in Food Engineering
• Proven experience in managing people and plant delivering performance improvements through Lean TPM methodology.
• Higher Brewing education (minimum SSB Diploma or similar)
* Language skills:
• Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of English (Advantageous but not a prerequisite)
