Brand Operating Leader

• Lead branding efforts including PR planning, KOL/influencer seeding, retail campaigns, and in- store/online events.
• Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimized spend across awareness and performance channels.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (creative, content, ecom) to ensure cohesive brand presence and efficient execution.
• Manage external partnerships with agencies, media, KOLs, and vendors as needed.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine campaign strategies.
• Oversee e- commerce marketing with a strong focus on performance ad planning (Meta, TikTok, Google) and conversion- driven initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate both brand KPIs (engagement, sentiment, earned media) and e- commerce KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion, paid revenue).
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly brand operating plans for both branding and e- commerce.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

• Analytical thinker with the ability to drive both awareness and revenue- focused results.
• Strong skills in budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Team- oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a brand or marketing leadership role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and up- to- date with branding and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in both brand marketing (PR, events, campaigns, influencer marketing) and e- commerce performance marketing.

• Lunch allowance of VND 30,000 per day

• Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 (or agreement)

Monday to Saturday 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM
