Mô tả công việc

Marketing fundementals from research to analysis in a stragegic way to explore insights and develop into brand campaign to drive brand awareness and brand recall with brand health checking.
Assist the Marketing Manager and internal departments to implement, and manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution including brand positioning, market intelligence, pricing, promotion and advertising opportunities, product value propositions, content creation, and launch execution of new products
Manage day- to- day activities associated with all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross- functional implementation, new game concept development, campaign, and budget tracking and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance
Monitor ROI and KPIs
Design marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. facebook, tiktok, IG, website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, etc.)
Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables
Stay up- to- date with market trends
Liaise with Marketing (Retail Marketing & Agency, Designer), Commercial & Operation teams to ensure brand consistency on all touchpoints
Conceptualize, manage and execute plans to build and elevate the brands and drive the company’s business objectives
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong project management skills.
Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
Fluent in English is a must
Outstanding presentation skills.
University Degree in Business Marketing or other related fields
Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
Minimum of 3- 4 years++ experience in an executive role
Critical thinker and creative.
Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance- oriented channels.
In- platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
