As an Assistant Brand Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. The role works closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and cross- functional teams while gradually taking ownership of assigned marketing initiatives and business verticals (Pre- Loved, Menswear, T3), building capabilities to step into a Brand Marketing Manager role in the future.
Collaborate with CRM, Retail and Partnerships teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand activation initiatives.
Lead and execute marketing initiatives for assigned business areas including Pre- Loved ecosystem, Menswear brands and T3 travel retail, ensuring strong brand visibility, customer engagement and sales contribution.
Integrated marketing campaign: Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social media, retail, events and partnerships.
Conduct market research, monitor marketing budgets and track campaign performance to provide insights for marketing optimization
Brand Strategy support: Support development of brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and contribute to market insights and growth opportunities.
Monitor budget utilization and track campaign performance.
Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs
Analyze results and recommend optimization actions.
Coordinate with Retail, VM, Merchandising and centralized marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge:
Understanding luxury fashion industry and customer behavior.
Interest in sustainable / circular economy model is a plus (for Pre- Loved).
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, or fashion/luxury industry preferred.
Experience in campaign execution and cross- functional coordination.
Skills/Competencies:
Strong communication and cross- functional collaboration
Fluent in spoken and written English
Creative mindset with strong brand sensitivity
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Good project management and execution capabilities
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
