Brand Manager

Support setting up annual marketing plans for the Company
Coordinate with the Head of Trade Marketing Support to forecast sales and advertising media for channels
Recommend, develop, and execute tactics to increase recurring and domain sales.
Proactively develop creative ideas for media and research advertising content to guide advertising companies.
Coordinate and guide internal and external partners to ensure plans are completed successfully
Monitor and analyze the development of newly assigned products (industry strengths, sales, market share) and recommend marketing and distribution programs.
Recommend, develop, and execute promotional plans to build relationships with consumers
Support the Category Marketing Director to establish annual marketing plans for the brands in charge.
Recommend, develop, and manage marketing programs for assigned products
Coordinate with departments for related plans.
Propose pricing strategies for brands
Strategic planning

Experience in managing large functions/managing multi- industry teams.
Good skills in project management.
Experience in milk and water- related industries is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Proficient in word, excel, and PowerPoint.
University majoring in Marketing and business administration. MBA preferred
Over 5 years of experience in the field of Marketing at Dairy, Water, and High Nutrition Product companies.
Able to communicate in English
