Working target:
Ensure all marketing activities under right direction, contributing branding for typical business and develop business in short and long term, ensuring overall business development.
2. Scope of work:
- Effective management of the brand portfolio, brand activities to meet marketing and sales objectives for Nabati brand(s).
- Develop, deployment, monitor marketing plans base on approved marketing strategies for growing Nabati brand(s).
3. Key roles and responsibilities :
- Develops monthly and quarterly reports for management.
- Monitor and advises designated brands.
- Manage budgets and financial related to marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand.
- Manage the day- to- day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross- functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
- Manage brand performance regarding to Marketing and Sales KPIs on weekly, monthly basis through 3C 4P and MKT Mix
- Develop and propose brand strategies and marketing plans for designated brands
- Define and helps facilitate master plans for designated brand.
- Prepares plan, supervise, and analyse market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company’s industry.
- Function as the information hub for designated brand(s).
- Work closely with all relevant Media people to integrate media mix plans.
- Lead the Marketing lifecycle process for designated brand(s).
- Develop and manage new product launch plan base on approved product portfolio strategies.
- Orientation and cash case work for ABM according to specific KPI, ensuring the implementation of KPI of ABM
- Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
- Analyse data to diagnose business problems related to designated brands.
Yêu cầu công việc
Capabilities:
At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing.
Creative, mind- set, Management skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
Good communication and negotiation.
Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new environment.
Having experience in Brand Marketing is a plus.
Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
Excellent English, Microsoft Office proficiency.
Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn at work.
Good at planning, deploying, tracking, and evaluation.
