Branch Operations Supervisor (polyclinic & PSC chains)

Cultivate a High- Performance culture and lead the staff effectively.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory guidelines, best practices, and company standards, ensuring high- quality patient care and safety.
Oversee Branch Operations’ Financial Performance and Budgetary Compliance.
Stay updated with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Oversee the day- to- day operations and ensure efficient functioning of all divisions comprises logistics and branches.
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the branch operations team to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards; define and implement any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance.

Skills: Proven track record of strategic planning and operational leadership.
Education: bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, finance, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
Experience: extensive experience in healthcare management, minimum 5 years, preferably in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare organization
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial data analysis
Language: English languages is a preferred qualification.
