Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
· Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
· Promote branch services/products to drive customer acquisition and retention.
· Identify local market opportunities and build relationships with new and existing customers.
· Develop and implement strategies to meet branch sales targets and business growth objectives.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Leadership & Team Management:
· Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
· Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
· Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates.
· Address and resolve employee performance issues effectively.
Operations Management:
Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
Oversee day- to- day branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Monitor branch performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
· Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
· Ensure exceptional service delivery to build trust and loyalty.
Oversee security protocols to protect branch assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Ensure all branch operations are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Reporting
Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve branch operations and achieve strategic goals.
