Executive & Strategic Support
Track action items, follow up on Board decisions, and ensure timely execution across relevant teams.
Conduct market, industry, competitor, and internal research to support strategy development, business planning, and executive discussions.
Provide direct support to the Board of Directors and senior leadership in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and priority programs.
Consolidate, analyze, and prepare executive reports, briefings, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision- making.
PMO & Project Coordination Support
Track project progress, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies; consolidate status updates and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate cross- functional workstreams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and leadership priorities.
Support the Board and senior management in monitoring key strategic projects and initiatives across departments.
Support basic project governance activities, including meeting coordination, documentation, and progress reporting (without owning end- to- end delivery).
Assist in improving project tracking, reporting templates, and coordination processes to enhance execution efficiency.
Stakeholder & Cross- functional Coordination
Support communication and working sessions with external partners, advisors, and international stakeholders when required.
Act as a liaison between the Board, senior leadership, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth information flow.
Coordinate Board- level meetings, project meetings, and working sessions; prepare agendas, materials, meeting minutes, and action follow- ups.
Operations & Documentation
Support office operations and administrative tasks related to Board and executive activities as assigned.
Prepare, review, and standardize executive- level documents, reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
Ensure accuracy, professionalism, consistency, and confidentiality in all Board- related documentation.
