Job Description:
Description the main duties of the position:
Own and grow non- dairy ingredient supplier development (bev, seasoning, sauce) for key customers and assigned vendors.
Apply core food technology knowledge to design and optimize customer solutions.
Lead end- to- end customer projects (brief → samples → application trials → launch) with Application Lab and suppliers.
Leverage existing customer network and market insights to secure new portfolios and expand share of wallet.
Roles and responsibilities:
Account ownership: Manage assigned key accounts end- to- end; build relationships (incl. R&D and Procurement KOLs); develop and execute annualaccount plans.
Sales, margin & pipeline delivery (currently customers): Meet or exceed sales growth, profitability, and pipeline goals; maintain accurate forecastingand timely reporting.
Handle suppliers (beverage, seasoning, noodle, sauce): manage the supplier portfolio and align priorities, project pipeline, and pricing withmanagement strategy.
Other assignments: Perform any additional tasks required to achieve team objectives.
Team support: Support sales colleagues to achieve shared supplier targets; coach on product/positioning, and pricing advices where needed.
Business development & expansion: Acquire and develop new accounts nationwide (Beverage seg) ; expand share of wallet within assigned segmentSolutions leadership (pre- sale): Drive solution activities—opportunity scoping, product demonstrations, joint sales calls, and sample management—tomeet customer needs.
KPI to be achieved (Identify 3 to 8 KPI to be achieved & rank by importance)
Develop new Beverage customers/accounts.
Maintain and grow current business for any assigned existing suppliers.
Maintain a healthy monthly project pipeline aligned with Biz Team strategy; pipeline must cover key customers and assigned suppliers.
