What you will do:
develop and operate biological data analysis pipelines from next- generation sequencing data, particularly in either bulk transcriptomics, whole genome sequencing, or targeted sequencing;
summarize analysis results into appropriate formats for colleagues and collaborators;
manage data, including research data and access, acquire data from public/inhouse data platforms and other research sources, and convert public data into suitable formats;
collaborate with researchers from various fields, such as Biologists, Oncologists, Data Engineers, and Data Scientist;
provide weekly report to line manager;
and offer troubleshooting and technical support for Biologists, and Oncologists.
