[Bình Thạnh] Merchandise Procurement Inventory Controller

Creates Purchase Orders for approval, sends to Suppliers, maintains tracking reports
Creates inventory forecasts and sends to suppliers to assist in mutual planning
Coordinates with suppliers, logistics and warehouse to maintain the best trafficking of product to support the business
Supports and assists operation department in inventory inquiries
Communicates any delays to the merchandising and operations department
Assists merchandising and logistics team on best order transportation costs
Updates and confirms order and shipping status

Basic requirement
・Good communication skills, Able to communicate in English AND Japanese basically
・MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
・From 1 year experience relevant
Female, Under 30 years old
・Bachelor’s Degree
・Ability of Analysis and Problem solving skill
■ Working time: 8:30 to 21- 22:00pm
■ Salary: from 12- 18 mil gross
・ Willing to work in shifting schedule (including Saturday / Sunday/ holiday)
(Lunch time is 1 hour) ※Varies with monthly shifts
