BIM Manager DK Engineering Ltd.

- Provide technical orientation to new hires regarding BIM tools.
- Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivities.
- Provide Revit fundamental and Intermediate training to staff.
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
- Lead a BIM team.
- Review BIM project manual and adapt to actual client need.
- Coordinate MEP services of 3rd party external services providers and venders.
- Create upgrade and deployment strategies for BIM implementation effort…
- Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
- Manage the implementation of supporting software for BIM.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops for BIM; bringing back learning and disseminating the information to appropriate teams.
- Manage software products including but not limited to incorporating new version releases and customization of the product.

- MEP experience.
- Proficient in project proposal and business development leadership skills;
- Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Good organizational, analytical and problem- solving skills;
- Bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least 8 years experiences in design, engineering and drafting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- BIM 360 & Autodesk construction cloud experience.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
