Biên Phiên Dịch tiếng Trung - Chinese Interpreter

This position primarily supports the Quality team as a Mandarin–English–Vietnamese interpreter and translator in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate technical communication between foreign experts and local teams while also supporting quality- related activities and process improvements.

• Act as a communication bridge between foreign engineers/experts and internal Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Participate in improvement projects involving Chinese team members.
• Support process qualification activities for new parts, product changes, or processes transferred from China.
• Support customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis activities.
• Translate quality documents, technical reports, work instructions, control plans, and training materials between Mandarin, English, and Vietnamese.
• Contribute to improving quality control plans and process capability monitoring.
• Track non- conforming products and abnormal lots; coordinate with related functions for corrective actions.
• Provide on- site interpretation for meetings, production floor discussions, audits, and quality troubleshooting sessions.
• Support ad- hoc language requirements for the Quality Department.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to interpret technical terminology, quality documents, and shopfloor instructions accurately.
