Power BI Leadership

Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end- users on Power BI tools and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with diverse data sources, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends.

AI Strategy & Implementation

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and transparency.
Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, continuously improving accuracy and relevance.
Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft AI services (e.g., Azure
Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
Develop and deploy AI models for data analytics.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance business processes, customer experience, and decision- making.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Technical Lead in data analytics and AI projects.
Hands- on experience with Microsoft Azure AI tools and services.
Microsoft certifications in Power BI and Azure AI are highly desirable.
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and SQL.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production environments is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
